I returned with my daughters and we had a wonderful day form the moment we stepped in , the reception welcome us with a smile and explain all the offers. We enjoyed very much the treatment . back massage and facials . I had Rennie and was very knowledgeable of the Elemis products that I have enquired about. And her technique and pressure for the massage was very good, I enjoyed so much and was completely relaxed. The warm oil for back massage was a really good touch. Came for a spa day with my daughter. We were greeted warmly. The pool area has a nice sauna, steam room, ice bath and Jacuzzi. The treatments were lovely and the ladies very friendly and professional

£99 Spa Day: Treatments were lovely. Lunch? Just a sandwich. Seriously. I’ve been coming to Bannatyne for over 20 years. The treatments are always great, and the pool and jacuzzi are fine—when it’s not too busy. But the lunch? Oh dear. No warning when you rebook. No menu. No heads-up. It’s not about being picky. It’s about basic ca... read more

Pool facilities are fairly decent and staff are always quite friendly and happy to help, however the gym and its equipment is not up to standard. Gym has consistently broken equipment and what does work is old, worn out and inadequate. The size of the gym is small aswell and overfilled with cardio equipment, and gets overcrowded very quickly at peak hours meaning availability of equipment is very limited especially when it is always broken. If you are looking for a gym based membership I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Lovely team and a great location. However the gym is very poorly maintained, with a significant amount of machines and equipment broken for long periods of time, and what does work is old, worn, and offers very little variation. For the size of the gym and the number of members, you would expect much more investment, yet money seems to be spent in areas that don’t improve the gym itself, which continues to suffer badly. When I questioned the membership team about terminating my membership due to the poor condition of the equ... read more
