Considering you can't choose this location on the ridiculous Bannatyne website and the nearest one is Bristol. Thinking it might redirect. And then no one picking up any of the phone extensions. Shambles. Disappointing. Poor service.
Stayed in a superior room, highly recommended
Great food and service. I did not have a chance to use the spa and gym.
They don't answer the phone
The Spa itself seems busy enough, but my pedicure was done in the reception area of the Spa, which didn't really lend itself to a peaceful or private environment. My gel manicure chipped and peeled after 3 days, which was exceptionally disappointing, as I'd had it done for a special occasion.
