I had a wonderful solicitor named Amy Vaghefi deal with a lot of work on my new property recently for me. She is the most wonderful, compassionate and so very helpful solicitor that I have ever dealt with. Very efficient and precise in her work but with a wonderful caring attitude to myself the client. I would. highly recommend her to anyone who required a solicitor going through the purchase of a new property. She is absolutely brilliant.
Amy Vaghefi handled the legal processes for my flat sale, negotiating many challenges with managing agents, lease conditions, fire safety status etc and getting everything over the line for me. Highly recommended.
As an estate agent I was recently involved in a chain that suddenly turned into a difficult situation. Big shout out To Amy Vaghefi. I was further up the chain and if she hadn't communicated with me I would have struggled for information and struggled to hold the chain. She had no need to communicate with me as it is easy not to, but she did and 5 people were able to move simply down to communication. Thank you Amy.
I worked with Amy Vaghefi on the sale of my flat which became a long and complex process but Amy was so determined, hardworking and persistent to make sure the sale went through successfully. I would recommend Amy everytime, over and over, for any complex sale and can imagine a simple sale would be an absolute breeze for Amy.
