Good service and very helpful
I like to pay bills at the counter. Getting there is hard without being accosted by staff on the way, offering to help me use the machine instead. Sometimes they are very insistent! Needless to say the branch is closing soon. I'll be switching account to Nationwide who still have branches.
Staff not competent within the bounds of the job they should be dealing with, simple things might be a struggle, avoid if not for paying in cash or take out money
I recently had a very disappointing experience at this bank with the bank manager. When I tried to withdraw money, the manager made the process unnecessarily difficult and personal, turning what should have been a simple transaction into a nightmare. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope the bank addresses this issue to ensure better service in the future.
