I was paying for a funeral through their account. Everything went very smoothly and the lady was friendly and helpful. I’d spent a lot of time on the phone trying to sort things out and this lady did it all in 15 minutes. Really relieved.
Useless!! How can a building be called a bank when you can't even take out your own money?!?! Swapping banks ASAP as this one is a complete wash out, didn't even get the correct information when I phoned first!!! Don't know why they bother opening the doors. Terrible.
