One star as this branch js closing in February 2024. I have banked here for nearly 20 years. Staff are always friendly and helpful. A life line service for many. The closing of the branch will contribute to the decline in the viability of living in this rural island community.
The branch is almost everyday close, the days the open, they always open after 10 never at 10 ( as the website and app shows) and the brach is close even before than 14:00 closing time. To be honest not point to have an account with them when you cannot visit the branch or you have to go on a trip of 1h to Stornoway and 1h back to do anything in the Branch
Shocking service in tarbert branch. Extremely rude attitude and no help. Not allowed to change money unless having a bank account with them. While it being the only bank in tarbert. Poor service for tourists. Make sure you have money before visit tarbert as the bank wont give you a warm welcome.
