Lazy and incompetent. Went into branch to open an isa for my mum as POA. Branch is dead and Steven is sitting about scratching his head and looking bored but apparently he is the only competent one who can do this and doesn’t have appointments available today! Would have taken 10 minutes so what are you doing RIGHT NOW?!?! I was then told I needed an appointment in branch only as it couldn’t be done on the phone.
