Wanted to leave some positive feedback after recently closing my HTB isa in branch. There were issues with a recent systems update that prevented me getting my closing statement straight away (outwith the branch workers' control) and this caused a slight delay for me getting this document to the solicitors. The staff who helped me were friendly and reassuring and excellent in being able to work around this in getting the document to me on time, which really helped. Thanks so much!
Why are you now closed on a Thursday? Very unhelpful as are the lack of staff on any other day. Or is this a prelude to you closing?
Absolutely shocking service. Went in there to try to get service. Only 2 staff on and customers cued to the door. Staff looked like they trying to serve best they could but under so much pressure and it told. After waiting 20min the cue had not moved so I had to leave not getting any service. Won't be back and will be leaving the bank as a result.
