What lovely staff at this branch, so helpful and friendly
Not great first impression from this branch. Went in to withdraw money for a home renovation, and told I will need to arrange this at least 48hrs in advance, and that there's now a "note on my account" so I cannot withdraw again without notice. This was my first, and will be my last experience at this branch. I would understand if the withdrawal was substantial, but for just over 2k, this was a shock. I came in because my card had a block on it but Leanne was absolutely wonderful, helped me sort my problem out quickly, she should be the face of bank of Scotland
