45 minutes and counting, wait time to add a signature to an existing checking account. Was told 15-20 minutes. Guessing another 10 minutes of waiting before we go open a new account somewhere else.
Recently my debit card was duplicated by a scammer and used in another state to the tune of $265.00. I was notified via text by the fraud department questioning these charges the day it happened. When I informed them that I had not made these purchases they immediately shut the card down. I then called my branch the next morning and had a card in the mail that day. Awesome bank until it was sold to NBH Bank. Just another Bank of America in disguise. Many other better options out there!
Absolutely appalled by the treatment I have received from this bank. After reporting some fraudulent activity on my bank account I recieved a letter in the mail today (Aug 3rd) that my account was no longer active as of Aug 2nd. My paycheck which I desperately needed considering fraudulent funds were not returned or even properly investigated, were automatically deposited (or at least attempted to) on Friday morning(Aug 2nd) rejected by my bank leaving me a single parent with no funds and several outstanding transactions.
