always very helpful and friendly My dog Charolette was having seizures and we had this as an initial appt. to draw blood work and started a new eating plan for what the vet asst. thought was hypoglycemia. After 2 more visits we got the blood work back and got her on Prenisoine and kept the new eating plan every 3 hrs. The day before we got the blood work back Charlotte had a seizure that lasted an hour and half, so far since getting the meds Charlotte hasn't had any seizures. love this place we have three pets and have them all on the insurance that banfield offers, we love the location, love the two vets we have met, love everything about this office! we have used the groomers as well and were pretty satisfied w them as well! i have told all my friends about this great clinic and i know of one that brings her two dogs there now too!
Prompt They knew my name and my pet's name. They were prompt in getting my prescription for my pet filled.
Friendly service The service was very friendly and responsive. They treated my pet Rodney very nicely and she is doing very well after her comprehensive exam and dental work
Grateful I have belonged to banfield for a number of years in Burlington, WA.My dog went in for her comprehensive exam/dental she has always had a plak issue and 1 molar was of concern they called and said it needed to come out as I expected. I had just lost my job of 41/2 years and I was denied unemployment I had no money. Jerimie the front desk who knows my dog on sight even when I just shop @ petsmart hooked me up with a credit card company. Patient Everyone was patient, listened to the needs of me and my pet, and fully answered any questions I had.
Gentle Vet staff remembers my dog, remember me, and routinely provide my dog gentle and loving care. He is not hesitant to visit this vet location at all.
