Very understanding Molly, Heather, and Dr Quam were VERY understanding to my pets needs as well as having concern for my pets well being. All were very friendly.
I transferred I transferred my dog to Banfield from Cascade Vet in Sedro. After being at Cascade several times for the same symptoms, they still could not find out what was wrong with him. Not only are they better priced, but they found out what was wrong with my dog in one visit. They even gave me a coupon for a free office visit.
Very good with my dog. Everyone at this office is very nice, they take the time to listen to my questions and dont try to rush me out. They are also very good with my dog.

Grateful I have belonged to banfield for a number of years in Burlington, WA.My dog went in for her comprehensive exam/dental she has always had a plak issue and 1 molar was of concern they called and said it needed to come out as I expected. I had just lost my job of 41/2 years and I was denied unemployment I had no money. Jerimie the front desk who knows my dog on sight even when I just shop @ petsmart hooked me up with a credit card company. Prompt They knew my name and my pet's name. They were prompt in getting my prescription for my pet filled.
