not good and expensive Banfield is expensive. I will never take my dog back. the vet is very busy.I had a dog about 3 years ago and the Banfield offered free first vet check so I took my dog there. The vet basically just touched him and told me that he was healthy. He did not even listened to his heart and checked his knees. I will not recommend Banfield The Pet Hospital to anybody.
Phenomenal Doctor There's not another quite like her! Dr. McDonald is a doctor who is very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, goes above and beyond, wants what's best for your pet while being mindful of her clients constraints. She is an incredible doctor and a blessing to all of her patients.
I agree I've never owned a dog before and decided to take on the challenge two years ago. I shopped around for the "Best Deal" possible as far as looking for a vet and decided to try Banfield out. I went there atleast 4 times before signing up and each time I went the receiptionist was super helpful and super sweet to Sabih. During the summer my dog got a huge tick in his ear and when i went there i got an estimate of $400 for everything. Happy with Lilburn Banfield I've read some horrible reviews about Banfield Pet Hospitals across the nation, but I am very happy with the one in Lilburn Georgia. We started with the Wellness plan in January 2007 when my puppy was 8 weeks old. They've never advised test that didn't need to be done. As a matter of fact my puppy had entropian up until she was about 4 months old. Banfield Pet Hospital Killed my baby Poodle The purpose of this mail is to express how upset and disappointed I am about Banfieldâs, lack of professionalism, lack of people touch and rudeness. awful service awful customer service, three times I took my dog to that place and three times I received a horrible service. last time I went with my dog which was sick and not eating and I was worried for dehydration. it was a week day and I called prior to take her to see if she was able to been seeing. Good Docs and Staff Our experience with Banfield in Savannah has been very positive for the past five years. I feel terrible for those clients who have had negative experiences with their beloved pets.No pet much less their owner should have to endure poor attitudes and sub-par medical attention. Dr. O'Connor at Banfield is WONDERFUL! I have used the Banfield for over 3 years now. I have taken both of my German Shepherds there, as well as a cat. I absolutely LOVE Dr. O'Connor. She is a wonderful vet and I have always felt that she cares about my animals. I always request Dr. O'Connor, so I have no experience with the other 2 vets there. Never use this clinic!!! I know for a fact that the vet there is not a compassionate responsible vet. She has killed so many animals that is heart breaking! Take my word for it! She is a cold-hearted monster!!! She is not even close comparing to everyother vet.
