Love the staff Love the staff at Burlington WA Banfield. They Rock! My puppy loves them too.
Answered any questions or concerns I felt like the staff enjoyed being with me and my dog. They explained things in detail and answered any questions or concerns that I may have had to my satisfaction. My pets are family and I expect them to receive as good of care as me or my son would receive at a medical facility. I felt like that was achieved during this visit.
Prompt and friendly The ladies at the desk were prompt and friendly and informative as was the vet and her assistant.
Great Vet Dr. Holinka is an amazing Veterinarian. She came recommended to me when I adopted my dog from the shelter. And I recommend her to anyone looking for a Vet. Her demeanor is wonderful. She is knowledgeable & explains things very well. She is great with pets & the owners too! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Caring Dr & Office Banfield in Warwick is a wonderful vet office. Dr Holinka and her staff are caring and professional. Although Banfield is a chain, this one is owned by Dr Holinka and she is a wonderful vet! Even my dogs like her and her staff!! Definitely recommended!! PROS: Great Dr & Staff, Affordable Price Plans CONS: Traffic on Route 2 is terrible!
Best thing you can do for your pet and you! This pet hospital is actually part of a fantastic Pet Insurance plan. This particular hospital location is inside PetSmart. The cost of this plan is very affordable and the staff is the best. The hours are very convienient with lots of evening hours and Saturdays too. PROS: Very affordable rates. CONS:
Great care for nervous fidos and cranky kitties I can't say enough good things about Dr. Holinka and her staff. My cat had bitten every vet she saw, until Dr. Holinka. Noodles handles vet visits easily now, even when she was sick! The care she received got her back to her old cranky self in no time! Dr. Holinka cares for our dog and hamster, too! The staff does everything they can to ensure your pet and you feel comfortable. If you need a vet, I recommend this practice highly.
Banfield The Pet Hospital in Stafford is great! I have had great care at the Stafford Banfield hospital. My cat was very sick in August and is now in excellent condition. I have signed up for the wellness program and so far so good. The vet from Czech is very nice and spends time examining your pet thoroughly and answers all questions. When you have an appointment, you are in and out promptly, unlike most other vets. I am happy with the service i have received so far.
It is the same every single time!! I completely agree with the other two reviews, We have had two pets in the banifield program, the banfield's in Virginia Beach are wonderful!! But the one here is HORRIBLE!! We have a German Shepard puppy, she was fixed there and they charged us an arm and a leg, and in the beginning they made us feel as though we pay nothing.
