I transferred I transferred my dog to Banfield from Cascade Vet in Sedro. After being at Cascade several times for the same symptoms, they still could not find out what was wrong with him. Not only are they better priced, but they found out what was wrong with my dog in one visit. They even gave me a coupon for a free office visit.
Very friendly The service was very friendly and responsive. They treated my pet Rodney very nicely and she is doing very well after her comprehensive exam and dental work.
Grateful I have belonged to banfield for a number of years in Burlington, WA.My dog went in for her comprehensive exam/dental she has always had a plak issue and 1 molar was of concern they called and said it needed to come out as I expected. I had just lost my job of 41/2 years and I was denied unemployment I had no money. Jerimie the front desk who knows my dog on sight even when I just shop @ petsmart hooked me up with a credit card company. love this place we have three pets and have them all on the insurance that banfield offers, we love the location, love the two vets we have met, love everything about this office! we have used the groomers as well and were pretty satisfied w them as well! i have told all my friends about this great clinic and i know of one that brings her two dogs there now too!
The best I have had a lot of vets across the US- Banfield is by far the best. The staff knows me personally and knows my dogs and their unique health concerns. They always offer multiple solutions with different price points. I know my dogs are well cared for and loved here, Top notch services!
Amazing I am always helped immediately!! The vet techs here are amazing and so is the service- they are always friendly with my dog, go over all aspects of our vet visit, and even explain financial before going through with services. Our medications were even brought to us and suggestions made- This is the best veterinary experience I have ever had!
