always very helpful and friendly My dog Charolette was having seizures and we had this as an initial appt. to draw blood work and started a new eating plan for what the vet asst. thought was hypoglycemia. After 2 more visits we got the blood work back and got her on Prenisoine and kept the new eating plan every 3 hrs. The day before we got the blood work back Charlotte had a seizure that lasted an hour and half, so far since getting the meds Charlotte hasn't had any seizures. Very thankful Had brought a 9 month old 9 pound kitten for acrylic nails for help and instructions on use and application verses declawing. Answered all out questions regarding our cat and kitten. Very thankful for their help.
love this place we have three pets and have them all on the insurance that banfield offers, we love the location, love the two vets we have met, love everything about this office! we have used the groomers as well and were pretty satisfied w them as well! i have told all my friends about this great clinic and i know of one that brings her two dogs there now too!
Very accommodating They were open early and able to accommodate my dog on an emergency walk in basis. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. My dog is a rescue with some major issues, and he acts out when he feels defensive, but both the tech and the vet were very patient and gentle with him. I had a couple questions about charges, and I liked how they went over each individual charge before I agreed so that I felt like it was justified before paying a lump some. Patient Everyone was patient, listened to the needs of me and my pet, and fully answered any questions I had.
Helpful The assistant and the vet both, went beyond to try and help me accomplish what we needed at the best price possible. Also the vet assistant was fantastic in listening to me regarding my Rottie's behavior issues. And Dr. Quam also lent her experience. I was hesitant to stay with Banfield because I was a little disappointed in a previous experience in another town. The front desk girl was really helpful also.
Gentle Vet staff remembers my dog, remember me, and routinely provide my dog gentle and loving care. He is not hesitant to visit this vet location at all.
Thank you I brought my puppy in minutes befire closing because the vet I normally take him to was closed. Skiba (my dog) was acting really strange. Lethargic, weak etc. I was a bit of a mess and they got him checked out took his blood to run tests the next morning and were able to clear up a lot of my concerns. I came in almost hysterical and left a lit mire confident that my best friend was going to be ok.
