always very helpful and friendly My dog Charolette was having seizures and we had this as an initial appt. to draw blood work and started a new eating plan for what the vet asst. thought was hypoglycemia. After 2 more visits we got the blood work back and got her on Prenisoine and kept the new eating plan every 3 hrs. So patient The staff is always so patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They know our pets by name :)
I have my I have my 2 dogs enrolled in their wellness plans and it save me money and the staff are all nice. When I had to put one of my dogs down, they all were compassionate and the vet even cried. They are all pet lovers and it shows.
Great staff I have been here multiple times and the staff is always so patient and answers all questions as best they can. I am a new pet owner, so I always have a lot of questions! The place is always friendly and staff very attentive. They do all follow ups with all visits. I loved their service.

Happy with how we are treated We take all three of our animals to this Banfield and are very happy with all of the staff. They remember all of our pets by name and are very happy to see them. We feel comfortable bringing all 3 animals to the clinic and are happy with how we are treated and how the animals are treated.
Helpful The assistant and the vet both, went beyond to try and help me accomplish what we needed at the best price possible. Also the vet assistant was fantastic in listening to me regarding my Rottie's behavior issues. And Dr. Quam also lent her experience. I was hesitant to stay with Banfield because I was a little disappointed in a previous experience in another town. The front desk girl was really helpful also.
Gentle Vet staff remembers my dog, remember me, and routinely provide my dog gentle and loving care. He is not hesitant to visit this vet location at all.
Thank you I brought my puppy in minutes befire closing because the vet I normally take him to was closed. Skiba (my dog) was acting really strange. Lethargic, weak etc. I was a bit of a mess and they got him checked out took his blood to run tests the next morning and were able to clear up a lot of my concerns. I came in almost hysterical and left a lit mire confident that my best friend was going to be ok.
