Love the staff Love the staff at Burlington WA Banfield. They Rock! My puppy loves them too.
Answered any questions or concerns I felt like the staff enjoyed being with me and my dog. They explained things in detail and answered any questions or concerns that I may have had to my satisfaction. My pets are family and I expect them to receive as good of care as me or my son would receive at a medical facility. I felt like that was achieved during this visit.
Prompt and friendly The ladies at the desk were prompt and friendly and informative as was the vet and her assistant.
I have my I have my 2 dogs enrolled in their wellness plans and it save me money and the staff are all nice. When I had to put one of my dogs down, they all were compassionate and the vet even cried. They are all pet lovers and it shows.
I transferred I transferred my dog to Banfield from Cascade Vet in Sedro. After being at Cascade several times for the same symptoms, they still could not find out what was wrong with him. Not only are they better priced, but they found out what was wrong with my dog in one visit. They even gave me a coupon for a free office visit.
Very friendly The service was very friendly and responsive. They treated my pet Rodney very nicely and she is doing very well after her comprehensive exam and dental work.

Very understanding Molly, Heather, and Dr Quam were VERY understanding to my pets needs as well as having concern for my pets well being. All were very friendly.
Thank you I brought my puppy in minutes befire closing because the vet I normally take him to was closed. Skiba (my dog) was acting really strange. Lethargic, weak etc. I was a bit of a mess and they got him checked out took his blood to run tests the next morning and were able to clear up a lot of my concerns. I came in almost hysterical and left a lit mire confident that my best friend was going to be ok.
