We paid 400 dollars for an annual program in May. Today, oct 13, was the first time that walked back in there to express our dog's @nal glands. Apparently that is NOT included in the 400 Dollar progam! I really feel ripped-off! I will definitely not extend the program and I would not recommend Banfield to someone.
Amazing. Always so helpful, convenient, and friendly. I drive all the way to this location rather than the Boynton location by my house just because of the people who work there and the great service! Thank you!
