RecommendedThey cleaned my teeth this Saturday and I was so very scared but they told my mama that they would get me in first so they could get me out fast and first because I was so shaking and so scared (my mama has never left me like that before). They were very nice and got me in and out as quickly as they could and dealt with my mama and her 50 million questions all week and her stalking the office till she got called to work and then she called like a crazy woman and they were so nice every time and they gave me a nice orange ban... read more
My dog Koko has been a patient there for 4 years. They saved his life when he got hold of pills. I ran in with him in my arms and they took him from me immediately and started working on him. They have taken care of a swollen foot, allergies, skin problems and wellness check ups. I’ve alwats gotten callbacks to see how he is doing. I think they do a great job at caring for the animals in Delray Beach Banfield!
Killed my dog by monitoring her and not doing anything, even though she required oxygen for her severe pneumonia, still continues to charge me for the insurance even though they killed her. When asked why they didn't give her oxygen the vet simply replied: "We don't have oxygen". The dog was there for 8 hours basically suffocating when all they had to do was call us and tell us to take her to a facility that had oxygen tanks. If you value your pet's life at all, you will not use Banfield.
wellness plan for years over 2 dogs lives, no problems even changing stores, florida, las vegas and back to florida to same store. always caring and worth the money.
cant keep any staff for more than 6 months because it must really be a horrible place to work... so they never really get to know you or your pets, and doctors might want to try tons of tests over and over because the last docs ideas changed with the new one on what might be wrong... so you end up getting fairly poor care and even worse communication
