My 13 yr old Boston Terrier had surgery today because her tumor on her neck had gotten very big and I had no choice but to do the surgery and I was worried about putting her under Anesthesia but Dr. Bravo and her nurse Kyra told me my Boston would be in good hands. Banfield Sold me medication that went bad and wouldn't refund or swap out medication. Also asked me to bring in my cat so they could collect urine, which after a full day failed to accomplish that, Cost for the failed day $36.00. They then asked if I would collect the sample, Not really sure why I would pay them for that, or even why they asked me to do their job. They just lost a client
The only reason I'm giving a 1 is because I have to give at least one start otherwise I will give this place a zero. Don't waste your money find a different veterinarian. Every time I need an appointment the closest date I can get is at least 3 weeks ahead of time. The majority of times this place wants me to drop off my dog and it seems like they don't want me to see what they do to him. I went there last week after I found a small kitten abandoned by it's mother. I purchased a nurser set and kitten meal replacement formula from Petsmart and Jacky was very nice and showed me how to bottle feed the kitten and she trimmed his nails for free! I appreciate the caring staff!
Gigi was great at the front. But the fact my dog lulu shit herself and was basically handed to us that way after having her for over 5 hours. I hope you walk them at least once, She would never do that at home.
I have been paying for the vet care plan for 2 years. They were great in the beginning but now the wait is ridiculous. I am giving up the plan and need to find a good vet in Delray Staff is very nice, just not enough. They are always busy and always behind.
