I've had a really bad experience with the management at Banfield Hospital which resulted in my canceling the wellness plan. She was so incompetent that it makes me fear receiving veterinary care this establishment.

I just took my dog in for an emergency and the staff was able to fit us in last minute. The staff was extremely nice and the doctor gave us options and recommendations so that we could make the best decision and not have to spend a crazy amount of money. You can tell they really care about you and the animals.
I love the veterinarians. But whoever manages certain parts of prescriptions and ordering is out of their mind. There are holes and gaps all through the system that they’ve developed. However if you’re just dealing with the veterinarian you’re fine. When it becomes traveling between Bien fields and medication prescriptions and sometimes the prescriptions are written out incorrectly and as you can see by my post on this page you get triangular pills and are supposed to cut them in quarters-and Florida State law prohibits the ... read more
Fantastic experience. Took dog for her check up. Everyone was friendly & professional. By end of week she was having some issues and had to return. Excellent care given to dog and owner. Called to give us updates and again after pick up to see how she was. Highly recommend
Skeptically bought into their wellness plan just for vaccinations and check ups, but after my dog had a medical emergency the past few days I’m VERY impressed by this place. They took exceptional care of her at very very little cost and the vet called frequently throughout her stay to keep me updated. Dr Kay, Jenifer, and dr. Palmer were all very helpful and tentative, as the staff normally is. Would 100% recommend.
Perry & Heather did a fantastic job taking care of my little girl yesterday. They have a new client now and I want to thank them for their hospitality.
