I gave a 1 star bc I cant give no stars. My dogs have been going to Banfield in *************, for over 5 yrs. My dog ***** goes to get a cytopoint injection for a skin allergy. Not only is ***-front desk lady, rude but shows no empathy. but she without fail, she gives us trouble booking the appointment- EVERYTIME!! Its always about the money for her. ALWAYS! she quotes us wrong prior and then when we pick up, the price is much higher than we were told. Last 2 appointments she refused to put us on the schedule for past due b... read more

My pet has been a member of Banfield for 15 years. ******************* in *******.*****. I was very happy for many years with the service. Both at the front desk and with the veterinarian. Unfortunately, my pets vet left many years ago and by default my dog has ******************. For years I have tried to meet with her, but shes always been in a so called emergency. We brought our dog to be checked if she "still" had an ear infection. I felt I was cleaning her ears properly, but obviously not good enough. they said they couldnt do an ear swab because there was still "gunk" in her ear. that is understandable. But what i am most confused about is "why wouldnt they just have cleaned her ears while she was there"? It made no sense to me that they stated I hadnt cleaned her infected ear well enough, which I take full responsibility, but any "vet" would have cleaned her ears of the "gunk" tha... read more

If I could give Banfield Pet Hospital on ******************** no stars I would. On 2/9/22 I took my ****** Bulldog in for a Comprehensive exam and they BOTCHED him my dog was released to me and his t******* were red and irritated in less than 48 hours he developed an infection u called the hospital every day and could not get in touch with a Dr. I literally had to wait a week which was a follow up appt already made before we initially left. My dog was in so much pain and discomfort he wouldn't eat (which caused him to loose ... read more

Took my dogs there and signed an Wellness Plan and was told that I could cancel anytime .I tried to cancel it today and they told me that I have to wait 12 months to cancel....I have only taken my dog twice there and they try to get me to pay for more tests which does not comply with the agreement...I will never take them to any Banfield Pet Hospitals ever again..They are nothing but Rip offs...and Scams...They take your pet to the back room..you never get to see the vet ever...so who knows what they did or didn't do except ... read more
