This is the best pet hospital in South Florida great staff and very clean. With excellent service and awesome Vets
Is good.The people are always great ! But these plans are getting ridiculous high. First went up 10 dollars. Then i had to add dental if not it would cost me too much. Now they say my dog might need xrays, not included, so to upgrade my plan. You can get all these "benefits" at a vet much cheaper with no plan needed. I feel that paper they give you at the end with all the money you supposedly saved is b.s. They bump up the supposed prices so you think you saved so much. Brought tea cup Malties in for a well visit. A day later she was sick with an infection from the facility. Banfield wanted over $1500 for the surgery with no high cost limit. We went to a private vet... Entire surgery was less than $800. We notified Banfield that we were switching vets, now they are demanding final payments for a plan that they did not bill us for AND for services not rendered. I love this place they treat my dog with so much love ❤️ and respect there very curtious and clean hve made my life with my pet so much easier I pay monthly and it covers all his needs
I have my other 2 dogs in the plan, but I got a new puppy, Gucci and he was very sick, his not on the plan yet but Dr Oldenhoff took great care of him and with the excellent and attentive care of AJ that took such a good and caring that treated us like family, I didn't have much money but they didn't stop there they give him the treatment that he needed. We have the banfield coverage for my two dogs. We always used the location of Federal Hwy in Fort Lauderdale. We took one of my dogs to the location in Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines today because he had a rash in his belly. I couldn't be happier with the service. From the receptionist to the vet.
