I am very disappointed at this Banfield location; their service is terrible and the employees clearly do not care about the pets and much less their owners. Their main focus is to sell their pet plan, which doesn't cover ANYTHING aside from preventive care; if your pet ever gets sick in the slightest, you'll have to shell out a lot more money. An overall bad experience with my dog. I had her with this program since 9 weeks old. I don’t get the sense that the vets know their own procedures. The staff is all over the place. The staff was very rude and told me to ask the manufacturer for an explanation. I am very disappointed in the 0 start service. I am cancelling my membership and having my doggie examine by someone as I am not sure she was properly examined. They said she needed ear drop but no one explained to me her full diagnosis. Went for my puppy’s 1st visit. They were so helpful and took such good care of my dog. I’m now in the wellness program and so glad they offered it.
