I took our puppy, Ava, to this location for the very first time yesterday. The staff was very friendly and they were all very helpful and attentive. I even got a call from them today, checking on Ava since she had her puppy shots yesterday! So nice!
Dr. Martin took great care of my shar-pei @[10152903858441099:Emma], & managed to give her quality of life till age 14. Starting new with @[10153628018486099:Abbey] & Hamilton Place Banfield will surely be the place to provide her veterinary care as well.
This is a classic bait and switch business. My daughter inquired about the services for her dogs shots and was told one monthly rate, but when she arrived and was in the room she was told it she had to pay a $39.95 membership fee. When we asked what the membership fee included, we were told there are no additional services. I told the lady people should be told the total costs involved when they inquire upfront.
Dr. Martin and his staff are wonderful. I have taken my puppy Carley there since she was 5 weeks and she is now 1 yr. I now take my cat, Lily to see them too. Great group of people! Thank you for all you do to keep our four-legged family members healthy! :)
Our lab pup, Sage was recently very sick. Dr. Martin and staff took very good care of her, she is with us today because of the caring, knowledgable staff. We would never trust anyone else to take care of Sage.
