They butcher instead of doing surgery... incompetent vet. Then they don’t even care or call to see how their patient is doing. Even after knowing they made a mistake and had to be corrected by an emergency vet service. That should be shut down for malpractice
They all were so nice and great to my baby spike .
The staff was very caring and compassionate. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when taking care of my pet.
The ladies there were so nice and they were very thorough when I took my new puppy in�The staff went the extra mile in every sense..even went out on the floor and brought me back the best items for my puppy! They explained the Wellness plan for my puppy and treated her wonderfully! I look forward to taking her back in a couple of weeks�
Dr. Horner is awesome. Staff is really good. They really care about your pets.
This is the poorest excuse for a Veterinarian clinic I have ever encountered. This location in particular is horrible with their high turn over of so-called "providers". Today after (4) months of approving 1800PetMed orders we were told they would NOT approve as they use illegal substances in their flea/tick/heartworm (name brand) treatments. Took my Maddie to get updated on her shots and checked up. We were running late so I called and they told me it was no problem. They took great care of Maddie and Maddie loved them. Glad I chose them.
I want to thank everyone at Banfield for the help you gave us with our baby Ices..Dr Vander Yacht you are the best!! Even though it didn't turn out like we had hoped for you really cared.
