Not great, I have mental health issues and every time I have tried to book an appointment its fully booked by 8:30am or i have to wait 6 weeks for a face to face. Receptionist not friendly, overall just felt the service was overly difficult
Joanna Williams is excellent, she made me feel so calm and comfortable while having my smear
Called for a few days in a row for my 1yo baby and we never get an appointment a they’re already fully booked at 8:30am. Always tell you to call back next morning and you end up number 35 in the queue, wait for an hour on the phone and get told off. Even a 1yo is not a priority. Had to make my way to A&E for something that could be dealt with a GP and probably took up space in an emergency room that could have been used for someone who needed it.
