What a terrible job Bancroft Carpets made of laying LVT (luxury vinyl tiles). I have ripples all over the floors (see photo). Hollow tiles in every room. A total disaster considering it was a new property with a new floor. I have had two companies around to assess what needs doing to fix the problems and they have both said that all the tiles need removing, the floors sealed and levelled correctly and the the tiles replacing.
