I am still waiting for work to be completed. Over three months now. Numerous emails and no response received.
GO ANYWHERE BUT BANBURY WINDOWS LTD My first clue should have been the constant sale offers, tatty Shrewsbury showroom, faded signage, water stains interior walls & generally tatty appearance. We ended up waiting 5 months for the 5 windows to be fitted but door & frame still weren’t ready! they blamed the supplier, Eurocell, for late delivery, but they advertise that they manufacture all their own windows. Banbury Shrewsbury supplied and fitted our bespoke front door with stained glass and a beautiful fanlight above the door with a stained glass pattern of our choice. The fitters were lovely and did a superb job and we are extremely happy with our door which gets lots of admiration. It makes us smile whenever we come home. 😁
Dealt with professionally from start to finish. Fitting was first class, couldn’t be more pleased.
Very poor communication from start to finish. Quality of windows very poor, paid extra for seamless welds but alot have scratches and lines in them. A lot of the windows catch and you literally have to slam them to shut them. Front door is a constant struggle to open/close with scratches in the paint. Have contacted the company but they have said it's what it is. Very displeased would recommend going elsewhere.
