I give one star because I couldn't take from somebody else. They didn't deserve any star. I returned the van with 13 min late and I was charged with £110,90, even if the van was rented with £87.50. You need to return the van before 8.00am but they have program from 8.30 am. Shame to them,I am feeling rubber.

Avoid! When I picked up the van, I was told I had to return it by 8:00 AM the next day. However, the branch only opens at 8:30 AM. I arrived at 8:15 AM to return the van, and they still charged me a full extra day as a “penalty” — even though they took the van back and didn’t let me use it for the additional day I paid for. Totally unfair and disappointing experience.
