Wanted a new bathroom. They were recommended by our plumber and on checking them out they have a high reputation. While we having our Free consultation another advisor sitting next to us had a customer come in and mention a problem that they were having post installation. They knew the job and the plumber. They reassured the customer that it would be resolved and phoned up the plumber there and then to ensure it was resolved. Fabulous customer service from Jason, a radiator that I purchased over 2 years ago started to leak. I could not find the receipt. Jason found the order verified the date and contacted the company who offered a 5 year warranty with their radiators. In less that 5 working days, I have a new radiator and the plumber has been out to fit it today.
