Quite and clean and not hectic But there is no receptionist here on the first floor and sometimes they wouldn’t pick up the call.
No chance for appointment... They even not answering phone....
Absolute disgrace. ( I'm not saying it is only their fault) When I phone up the GP for appointment at 8:30 and the automated line saying I'm 5th in queue . After 2 HOURS of waiting on the line it start saying I'm in a queue more than 30 ... I just hanged up after this . NHS is a joke
Ever since the merger between Banbury Cross and South Bar, this practice is dysfunctional at best. With no intention to blame one person or function in particular - the quality of service is basically very poor. From call queue management to expeditive appointments where children are examined from the other side of the room (even before Covid), this is basically just a giant triage centre; if you're lucky enough to get to speak to someone.
