Awful company, was managing a block of flats I own and they completely screwed up all of the ground rent and service charges. On top of that, after checking with the residents, they have been overcharging everyone in my flats without informing me. Meaning they have been extremely sneaky and have been pocketing the difference on charges that should have been billed at cost to the residents. Had an awful experience with this company when I had them managing my property, DO NOT USE THEM!
Highly recommend. After years of neglect by former managing agents, Bamptons quickly established what we needed and set about working with our resident run management committee to achieve it. The professionalism, knowledge and integrity of Wade and Judith has been so impressive. Our heritage building finally feels in safe hands.
