tennis player/ coach (26) with about 10 years of shoulder pain and constant niggles despite doing lots of daily excercises. 3 sessions have paid themselves off 10x over as havent had any pain in month s now and only having to do around 10 min of more effective excercises! would highly recommed, lovely guy also
I am a tennis player and recently suffering with a hamstring issue. Richard came highly recommended. He made a careful assessment and after 2 visits I am pain free and have exercises to do each day. First time I have ever gone to a physio. It was a great decision as I was doing all the rehabilitation for an injury where I was feeling all the pain and discomfort but Bamford Physio figured it out almost straight away that it was my back where I felt no pain causing me the issue. Upon a quick consultation and a check up to have me back to full fitness in no time. It was money well spent and invested.
