Cannot get in contact with the actual customer service department. They've turned their billing over to a third party this causes payments to be delayed. We need a second option for power here in this area.

My power was disconnected its already a lot to come home and realize the power has been disconnected but to look at my ring camera and see that someone one from CCI apart of BGE was at my house knocking on my door and then leaves a disconnected sign hanging on my door is completely humiliating! I spoke to a completely dismissive customer service person who put me on hold for 58 minutes. After waiting on hold the very poorly trained AI robot hung up on me. Do not ever use this company if it is at all possible.

BGE bills the last 5 months have been outrageous. And they are trying to blame it on “very cold days “. It could be a blizzard outside you are not aware of everyone’s situation. I work 60 hours a week 12 hours shifts 5 days. All I do is sleep at my house mainly during the week and the weekends i stay at my boyfriends house. I recently renovated my house, which required me to move out and rent another place for three months. The project was completed in about two and a half months, but I have been facing challenges with reconnecting the electricity and gas. Despite BGE scheduling a visit two months ago, the electricity was only recently reconnected by a BGE electrician. I purchased a rental property in Baltimore MD March 2023 and had it completely renovated which was completed in September 2023. The Baltimore Gas & Electric account was switched to my name in March when it was purchased. We welcomed our first tenant in April 2024, however the BGE bill spiked from approximately $30/mo total in September 2023 to approximately $200 in October/November 2023. Horrid how I accidentally selected BGE Budget Billing and after reading reviews on BBB site..Auto pay is simply taking your money not helping customers as well. Constellation..at least tried to help. But unfortunately I'm not connected to them. Budget Billing and Auto pay SCAMs are approved by BGE and it's simply unethical and certainly Not Fair.

Would not trim Dangerous living and DEAD branch near power line, that could fall on the power line orFall on somebody walking by. They only had a man come out only to look at the branch, Which is BG&E's waste of time and money.
