Really enjoy living at Baltic Yard. Location is perfect, so close to Albert Dock, city centre and shopping and loads of bars and restaurants. The building itself is modern and apartments are furnished with quality appliances and furniture. The highlight though is the Management Team onsite, who will go out of their way to help and support you in anyway they can. They have been amazing. Fantastic Place to Live Living here has been amazing! The building is stylish yet cozy, with great facilities like a gym, coworking space, and a beautiful terrace. The apartments are spacious, with excellent soundproofing and high-quality finishes. The location is perfect - cafes, pubs, and restaurants are just minutes away, and the city centre is a short walk. Wonderful place to live and call home. Was here for 3 years and the staff can not do more for you. Brilliant sense of community and have made some brilliant friends. 10/10 would recommend the facility’s are brilliant and so close to everything.
Worthless management highly dont recomend this place they say one thing and do diff. They try to keep adding charges to account and much more even with everything payed on time ever since they took over ive had nothing but problems
Unfortunately, my experience with baltic yard has left much to be desired. Upon moving in, I was shocked by the poor condition of the flat. It was far from the promised standard, with cleanliness issues and maintenance neglect evident throughout. Despite providing photographic evidence, the management seemed indifferent. To exacerbate matters, I was unfairly charged for a mark on the mattress that was present before my tenancy began.
