Getting any call answered, an appointment or results of a test all seem to be impossible asks.
The staff are very professional, from the receptionists to the doctors I gave dealt with. A special mention of Dr Horsley who takes his time to listen and explain his findings with a people skills element.
Terrible surgery. Can’t order repeat prescription until a week before you run out and then when you can you’re told they are a week behind with the prescriptions! No doctors appointments available due to staff shortage. Stay away if you value your health!
The most unhelpful place in the world. Half day off in the week ? Love to keep you on hold for as long as possible and send you around the houses if they can.
