Great place,well managed!!
I’m so pleased my dad moved here. The staff have always gone above and beyond and have been so helpful. They have a fantastic approach dad which helped him settle and be very happy. They even got him socialising more ! They’re not just great help to the residents but as family I have found their support invaluable. When dad was in hospital they were beyond amazing and kind. I have had a wonderful time working for Balmoral Place since l joined the Team. l appreciate the Care Manager Mrs Kate Anne Arlow with her creative problem solving abilities when it comes to opening the lines of communication across our team. I appreciate that she actively listen in our meetings to ensure we are communicating well with our clients and ourselves as colleagues. She has supported me a lot in my daily duties. I enjoy working with my team and very supportive colleagues at Balmoral Place always.
