I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at the practice. I’ve been unwell again with the same symptoms I had last month, for which I was prescribed antibiotics. Wanting to prevent it from getting as bad as it did before, I called to ask if I get another course prescribed. Unfortunately, I was met with rudeness from the receptionist, who told me I had to call back the next day instead of offering any support or understanding.
