Rang to order a pane of glass to replace a broken one, was told it'll be next day before it's cut and I will be contacted when it's ready, no word from them at all the next day and when I rang again at 4pm I was told the only person that is able to cut glass didn't show up and won't be back in for 5 days. Was never informed of that and it's not much use with the temperatures being so low. Went to Marjon in Antrim and got a pane cut that same evening within 20 minutes and cheaper too.
