Very pleasant and clean well looked after park Friendly visit
The owners advertise a safe, secure park within a gated community BUT the entrance gate has not worked for 6 months to date. The street lighting is totally inadequate with no footpaths. The bowling green is not maintained making it unusable. The management do not take any responsibility. There is NOT an onsite Warden as described. A copy of the Site Certificate should be made available for residents to refer and support complaints to the Ards & North Down Council who 'manage' this certificate.
This place was once a decent place to live, so Im told. For the four years I've known it Encore Parcs (formerly known as Lifestyle Homes) has failed in its obligations to provide basic maintenance, along with ensuring the safety, and even the cleaning of shared areas. Actions not words matter: lack of trust emanates from negative experience. The residents are not heard here.
