Our interaction with Ballards was as a buyer for one of the properties they were marketing. We dealt with Phillip Hamp who, from the first viewing to completion, was excellent. One of the most enthusiastic, friendly people I've ever met! He was very accessible, his communication was excellent and he helped guide us through the whole process.
