Excellent experience with this estate agency. Courteous and accommodating during viewings, not pressured for viewing time / offers, answered all our questions truthfully and with professionalism
Completely inept. I sold my house through the Southport branch. The Ainsdale branch arranged for the for sale sign to go on a house of the same number but the wrong street, causing significant upset to the owners.
Personally with my experience as a buyer I wouldn't put my house up for sale with this company, non returned phone calls, will find out and call you back never happens, actually felt like I was bothering them just wanting to view a house.
