Ball & Percival a good traditional Estate agent. Sales team were good and on the ball with viewings and offers. Could be a little slow with follow up but on the whole were great. The after sales team were amazing. Shout out to Kirsty and Claudine, kept you informed and up to date with everything, these two were absolute diamonds. Thanks for everything 🏠🍾

Completely inept. I sold my house through the Southport branch. The Ainsdale branch arranged for the for sale sign to go on a house of the same number but the wrong street, causing significant upset to the owners.
