I had cervical injections by Dr. Ball at the Chattanooga Pain Surgery Center in Hixon, Tn. on 9-7-2016. i was treated very well by everyone there. The staff's experience and help with my peocedure was above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend Dr. Ball and the staff there over and over again . Dr. Ball has been my doctor since 2001. Sandra Yoder is my NP and Sadara is her nurse. Dr. Ball, Ms. Yoder and Miss Sadara are wonderful to work with. The treatment plan developed for me by Dr. Ball and Consultants in Pain Management has greatly improved the quality of my life by adequately treating my chronic pain. I am so thankful for Dr. Ball, Ms. Yoder, Miss Sadara and the caring staff at Consultants in Pain Management. I would highly recommend Dr. Ball for anyone living with chronic pain.

I was never actually able to get in to see dr ball. I waited approximately six months for his assistant Faye to call me with an appointment for an evaluation. I finally had to go to another physician. The people who set up procedures should have to spend a little time in pain and maybe they will be a little more prompt in helping to schedule sooner. Dr ball my very well be a great doctor but I wasn't given the opportunity to find out
