My wife picked beautiful RAV4 SE . Chris Mcloughlin our sales guy was very helpful and able to answer all our questions. He walked us thru lease process and even gave us some good advices. We think that leaseing a car at Ballise -Warwick was a hassle free new experience- not like in other places!

The guys at Balise helped me tremendously on my first brand new car. They got me from point A to point B in a matter of days and I was able to walk out a happy man. Everything! The Service Team is most helpful and knowledgeable. They never tried to sell me services I didn't need and were considerate of my needs. The salesmen I encountered over the last 4 years, first Jide and more recently, Harry, were outstanding, not pushy. They are personable and friendly. Farouk, in finance, was amazing! I feel like I made a new friend. I will continue to refer my friends and fanily to Balise Toyota.
I just had to wait almost 3 hours for what took 15 minutes, a scheduled maintenance appointment! No warning, I am very disappointed.
My friend's daughter is in the market for a car. We were lucky to have worked with Chris McLougnlin who is very knowledgeable and patient. It's not an easy task to help an indecisive customer. Being in the sales industry myself, I know good customer service when I see one. I would definitely recommend Balise Toyota to my friends.
I am absolutely 100% pleased with the services Balise Toyota provided me! After months of dealing with other dealerships I went to them and explained my troubles and they really took care of me and didn't stop until they got me a car and I was 110% satisfied. Chris Mcloughlin was very helpful and honest and made the whole experience so much better. He made sure that I was taken care of and was by my side the whole time.
