BEWARE, if a service writer from Toyota of Smithfield, own by Balise’s Corporations, tells you you “need” additional work, don’t depend on them to validate their findings, check your paperwork first. I paid for a service that should have been done before I purchased the vehicle. This is the fastest way to lose a customer, & we own 2 SUVs from Balise 😏

I love the salesman Bryan because of his expertise of getting the right vehicle that fits your budget as well as your taste of vehicle. I enjoying talking to Sean the manager. Steak and potatoes!!!! I love their warranty all you have to do is worry about is your car insurance and your payment if you have one. The staff is very friendly too.
