Tony took care of my every need. He really went the extra mile to make sure all my demands were met. This is my 3rd car from Balise, I could not be happier. Tony deserves a raise. He’s the best salesman I’ve dealt with.
Attempted a blatant bait-and-switch by telling me they could get a car when talking online before telling me they couldn’t get it when I came into the store and trying to up sell me in the dealer. I will be filing a complaint with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office Consumer Protection Unit.
Service is bad, not many options for first time buyers or college students

never again... been getting jerked around for the last year and a half about fixing an issue with my truck. either they are too stupid to figure it out or they just want to push it off til the warranty is up. just shady if you ask me.
Harry Nguyen was awesome up until I had issues with my chevy captiva which now I've spent over $1500.00 since February 2019 when I just recently purchased the vehicle in Oct or November of 2018. Called multiple times to have them refund the amount back, but nobody bothered to call me back. They said it was issues with the battery that they replaced and the issue continued which I had to pay out of pocket because Balise was not opened. Still no help with the bill. Really disappointed.
