Last night, I pulled into a parking lot and tried to turn off the car. The key wouldn’t turn all the way! I was literally around the corner from our car dealership, Balise. I pulled into the repair service area and told the very professional and polite young man named Nick that while I did not have an appointment, I DID have an emergency need for assistance.
