They could return phone calls and resolve problems
The service here is HORRIBLE. I bought my car from them almost three months ago. The last 2 months I’ve been in and out CONSTANTLY trying to get it fixed bc the lights keep coming on. After they sent my car to be fixed for 2 weeks I finally got it back and one of the check lights is STILL on. I have to call 5 times before I can even reach someone and then they say they’ll call back but never do. Will never recommend this place. EVER. They do not care about their customers what so ever.
Went to balise honda today to get a oil change and why my car has less then two quarts of oil in it, all today some day no leaks i havent driven they never did a oil change however paperwork states they put 5 quarts in, NOPE NO OIL CHANGE WAS DONE so i called corporate and on top of that im missing $200 from my car and i had to go west spfld police and make a report, GM will not return my calls
Just left lot... walked around for about 20 minutes not a soul came out to see us...
RecommendedI just purchased a vehicle from Balise Honda in Springfield MA and I can honestly say it has been the best experience I have ever had with a Honda dealership in the Pioneer Valley. I have purchased from 3 different dealer prior to this purchase. Super professional, very fair price, polite, clean facility. Can’t say enough.
After a little over two hours of waiting for an oil change and alignment reinspection after they misaligned my tires, I went up to the service desk for an update on the progress only to be told they were just getting to the alignment inspection! What’s the point of scheduling an appointment in advance when they won’t even do anything to it for two whole hours?! Completely unacceptable and disappointing. Would NOT recommend coming here for service ever.
