Horrible customer service... no one calls you back ever... they just lie about everything and tries to make you pay for everything even if it is under warranty.... they don’t take any responsibility and they pass you off to Honda and in my case Honda financial as well and then they pass me back to Honda, who again won’t do anything at all for you.... NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!
My experience was great. The paper process had improved big time, less paperwork to sign and go over.
I had a very good experience purchasing a vehicle from here. The salesman was great. A little rushed in the finance department. The after purchase customer service has been horrible. It’s been a few weeks and my deposit has not been refunded as advised it would be. I called numerous times and left my name and number and no call back. I just got a Honda Civic 2017. I love it and Andy was great, personable! He made it happen in a day and I drove it out last night. He spent time with me going over all the bells and whistles and I needed that. He said not to hesitate calling him if I have any questions.
