RecommendedMiguel was a wonderful sales associate who made the process extremely easy and stress free. Malaysia did a great job walking us through the features on our new vehicle. I would definitely return and will recommend Balise to our family and friends.
Used car purchased this past spring. Repeated visits the first week (4 in two days) for wiper issue. After repeatedly having to escalate the issue, because sales manager says “it’s just made that way,” they finally replace wiper motor. After repeated expensive repairs at independent shop, reach out to Balise again - we are told “if only you’d said something sooner”; tonight the wipers die again & strand my daughter. Money pit & a dealership without scruples.
I have had a terrible experience purchasing a used car from this Balise location. I have been inconvenienced by the sales person whom I first dealt with, as well as multiple issues with the finance dept...I have had to follow up on numerous unreturned calls, resubmit lost paperwork by employees who left the company amongst other issues. While management does seem willing and eager to assist in correcting issues, I will not buy another vehicle from this location in the future, nor recommend to anyone.
My experience from beginning to end was horrible. They did not value my time, did not have good customer service, and was not time sensitive at all!! Wouldn’t recommend them at all.
Let’s just say- Customer service is a lost art.
